Application Fee : Processing fee in the form of Crossed Indian Postal Order of Rs. 40/- payable to Divisional Sports Officer / Divisional Sports Association / Eastern Railway, Sealdah , payable at GPO/ Kolkata should be attached by UR and OBC candidates only with the application forms. Candidate should mention their Name and Address on the Indian Postal Order.

How to Apply: Candidates should apply with detailed bio data in the prescribed format to Sports Officer,Divisional Railway Manager’s Office ( 1stfloor), Sports Section, Kaiser Street, Sealdah, Kolkata-700014 latest by 08.01.2014 (for the candidates residing abroad and Andaman Nicobar, Lakshadweep Islands, Assam, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Mizoram, Nagaland and Arunachal Pradesh the Closing Date is 24.01.2014 at 16.00 hrs.) .
