Educational Qualification : Master’s/ doctoral degree in the disciplines of Lifelong Learning, Counseling, Psychology, Human Development , Gerontology, Youth Development, Social Work. Candidates having a Diploma or further certification in Training and Development will be given preference. All factors being equal, preference will be given to those with experience in the thematic areas of the Centre.
