IBM Recruitment 2013 Details -
Educational Qualification - Candidate which are graduate (12+3) or Diploma holders (12+3) with 6 months of experience are eligible.
1. Candidate should have good communication skills in English.
2. Candidate must have knowledge about computer and operating systems.
3. Candidate should be able to work in shifts.
Age Details - N/A
Selection Process - Selection will be based on the performance of candidate in 3 rounds, i.e.,
1. Group Discussion
2. Technical Interview
3. Communication Assessment Round

1. Hard copy of Interview invite (This ad)
2. Hard copy of resume
3. Photocopy of current organisation offer letter
4. Photocopy of previous organisations reliving letter
5. Photocopy of second previous organisation reliving letter if the current or recent organisation's experience is less than one year
6. Photocopy of latest 3 months pay slips
7. One passport size photo
8. Valid Govt approved ID Proof and its photocopy
9. All semesters/years marksheet
10. Degree certificate (If 2011 or 2012 passed out, provisional certificate will be considered)
