Office of the Chief District Medical Officer (CDMO), Malkangiri, Orissa is inviting candidates for the recruitment of 31 Multipurpose Health Worker. Walk in interview is conducting by the department for the selection procedure. Educational Qualification:
· Should have intermediate or equivalent with ANM course from Orissa.
· Must read and passed 10th in odia language.
· Should be registered with Employment Exchange as Orissa.
Age Details: Should be aged b/w 18 to 32 years
Selection process: Selection will be done on the basis of interview.
Salary: Rs 5200 per month (fixed)
Date for Walk-in Interview: 8th March, 2013
Time for walk-in Interview: 10 AM to 5 PM
How to attend Interview: Interested candidates can appear for the interview. Candidates should get recent passport size photograph must be affixed on the suitable form of application. Candidates are required to come with application in prescribed format. Should possess original relevant certificates and Xerox copies.
